In accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and Directive 2011\/83\/EU, you can return goods bought under a distance contract (which includes buying online) without giving any reason. This does not limit the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.<\/h3> <\/div>

Simply notify us of your withdrawal from the contract no later than 14 days after receiving the goods (by e-mail to info@tunerscapital.si); you then have a further 30 days to return the goods.

Returned goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging and in the original quantity. If the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the refund will be reduced accordingly.<\/strong><\/p>

We refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the order, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p> <\/div> \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Damaged parcels<\/strong><\/h3>

If the parcel is physically damaged, has contents missing or shows signs of having been opened, have this noted by the courier on delivery or file a claim with the carrier that delivered the parcel. Keep the parcel in the condition in which you received it (without adding or removing anything) and let us know at info@tunerscapital.si. Together with the carrier we will make sure the claim is resolved as quickly as possible.<\/p>

Warranty<\/strong><\/h3>

By law, the manufacturer must provide the buyer with a warranty for the proper functioning of the goods purchased. The buyer can claim under the warranty directly with the manufacturer or its authorised service centre, presenting the warranty card and the seller\u2019s invoice.

The manufacturer must carry out a warranty repair within 45 days of receiving the goods; otherwise it must replace the item with another equivalent item in perfect working order.

The buyer can also claim under the warranty with the seller, but the provision of the previous paragraph applies in that case as well.

Goods returned under warranty are handled in accordance with the conditions stated by the manufacturer on the warranty card. The manufacturer\u2019s warranty does not limit the buyer\u2019s statutory rights in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Complaints<\/strong><\/h3>

Please report obvious defects (damage, wrong product, wrong quantity or colour) as soon as possible and no later than 8 days after receiving the parcel; this does not limit the consumer\u2019s statutory rights in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods. We will try to resolve every complaint in favour of the user (buyer), unless the goods were damaged through improper use.

The buyer can make a complaint if the product does not have the properties that were stated or that the seller promised. A complaint is also valid if the seller sent the wrong product, in the wrong quantity or colour, or otherwise different from the buyer\u2019s order.

In the event of a complaint, the buyer may, within the limits of the law, request a replacement, a price reduction in proportion to the defect or a refund.

The buyer may return goods subject to a complaint at the seller\u2019s expense, but this must be agreed in advance via info@tunerscapital.si; otherwise we do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels<\/strong>.<\/p>

  • When returning an item to the seller (Weblooc d.o.o.), please enclose a copy of the invoice.<\/li>

  • We recommend using a carrier that offers parcel tracking and packing the goods properly for transport. You can use the original packaging or other suitable, safe packaging.<\/li>
  • Shipping costs are always borne by the sender, unless agreed otherwise in advance. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels<\/strong>.<\/li>
