Delivery time

Delivery within Slovenia takes 1–3 working days, to other countries one working day longer (2–4 working days). In 99% of cases in-stock products arrive in Slovenia the next working day and abroad one day later. Products that are not in stock are available in 3–15 working days (4–16 abroad); the exact delivery time is shown for each product. Any further delays due to unforeseen traffic or logistics problems are the responsibility of the carrier.

If we do not have the item in our warehouse, delivery will take a little longer. In that case, note the following rules:

  • the delivery time is shown next to the item (this is for the average time in which the importer delivers the goods to us);

  • if an item is marked as unavailable, it means we have no information on how quickly we can deliver it;

  • if you order such an item anyway, we will try to source and deliver it; if we are unsuccessful, we will cancel the order;

  • if you order several items and the waiting time is for some longer than for others, we will try to send the in-stock items immediately and the rest once they arrive; in that case any delivery charge will be applied only to the first shipment, for we will cover the delivery cost of any later shipments;

  • if the waiting time is very long, we will keep you informed by email about the latest expected delivery date;

  • if at any point you get tired of waiting, just let us know and we will remove the item from the order and deliver the rest, or cancel the order.

    Important notes

    If you want to receive your order as quickly as possible, we suggest the following:

    • provide the details for delivery where someone is always available for collecting the parcel,

    • if you are not at home, you can collect the parcel at the carrier’s nearest branch or parcel locker,
