With the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler, you can take the performance of your Audi A4 B9 and A5 F5 TFSI to a whole new level. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for optimizing engine cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a noticeable increase in performance. Experience a whole new driving experience. Why our Competition intercooler is the best choice for your Audi: Massive performance increase thanks to 105% more volume: With impressive core dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm and a total volume of 17.13 liters, this intercooler offers a massive 105% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance. Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality Competition high-performance intecooler core, which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow. The flow-optimized design not only improves cooling, but also the response of your engine. Plug-and-play installation & highest quality: Thanks to the detailed installation instructions, assembly is a straightforward plug-and-play replacement that requires no complex modifications. Weighing only 9.5 kg, the intercooler is lightweight yet extremely robust and has been tested for pressure stability up to 6 bar. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.
