Wagner Tuning Intercooler Kit for Mercedes A35\/CLA35 AMG (W177\/V177) \u2013 154% more volume & upgrade kit Experience a groundbreaking performance boost for your Mercedes-AMG! With the Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit including air intake system, you can unleash the full potential of your 2.0-liter R4 turbo engine (M260.920). This upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance and achieving a massive increase in power. Get the most out of your vehicle and dominate the road like never before. Why this kit is the best choice for your AMG: Maximum performance thanks to 154% more volume: With a new type of performance cooling intercooler core and dimensions of 287 mm x 185 mm x 115 mm, this intercooler offers an impressive 154% larger external core volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly cooler charge air, reduced back pressure, and a noticeable increase in power and torque. Optimized airflow & turbocharger relief: The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using state-of-the-art CAD technology and CFD simulations. This ensures maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow, which mechanically relieves the turbocharger and increases its service life. Unique air intake system: This kit comes with a specially developed air intake system that replaces the original system and optimally positions the intercooler. The open design with a high-quality sports air filter and a \u00d876 mm intake pipe increases the air mass flow by an impressive +50%, which significantly improves the engine's response. Improved durability and easy installation: Weighing only 8 kg, the kit is particularly light. A heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating protects against environmental influences and guarantees a lasting cooling effect. Installation is plug-and-play and easy to carry out thanks to the detailed instructions (also available as a video).
