They are a high-grip upgrade for all kinds of fast road driving, and with proper bedding-in they can also be used on track. Yellowstuff has been EBC\u2019s flagship pad for over a decade \u2013 it gives instant brake response, great feel and modulation with smooth, quiet braking. In 2021 the formula was improved: the pads are now copper-free and comply with all the latest environmental legislation. The pads come fully fitted with shims, chamfered edges and slots. EBC Yellowstuff is supplied with a brake-in coating on the pad friction surface that speeds up bedding-in after installation.<\/p>\n<p>With a stable friction coefficient of 0,42 mu up to racing temperatures of 450 \u00b0C, Yellowstuff is a very popular pad with drivers of kit cars and lighter race cars. Although the compound is heat-cured, it requires careful bedding-in before racing.
