PT1100 has very good adhesion to a variety of automotive surfaces, good internal strength, excellent long-term stability as well as very good adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. Due to the unique viscoelastic property of PT1100 stresses in the adhesive seam are excellently dissipated, so that extremely durable connections are created.

High durability also in car washes, at high speeds and extreme temperatures and humidity as well as high shock and weather resistance

Easy removal without damage to the headlight

Includes mounting instructions

Headlight eyelids are made from high-quality ABS material

Even surface texture enables a paint job without extensive prep (product is unpainted)

Material is flexible

Figures 5 and 6 show the pre-facelift model

Suitable for: BMW 5 IV (E39).

Manufacturer’s vehicle data

BMW 5 Series E39 Saloon/Estate — 1995–2004

BMW | 5er E39 | Limo/Touring | 1995-2004

Original data from CSR-Automotive.
