PT1100 has very good adhesion to a variety of automotive surfaces, good internal strength, excellent long-term stability as well as very good adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. Through the unique viscoelastic property of PT1100 stresses in the adhesive seam are effectively dissipated, so that extremely durable connections are produced.

High durability also in car washes, at high speeds and extreme temperatures and humidity as well as high shock and weather resistance

Easy removal without damage to the headlight

Includes mounting instructions

Headlight covers are made of high-quality ABS material

A uniform surface texture enables painting with little to no prep (product is unpainted)

Material is flexible

Suitable for: Mercedes-Benz SL V (R230).

Manufacturer’s vehicle data

Mercedes Benz SL-Class R230 all — 2001–2008

Mercedes Benz | SL-Klasse R230 | alle | 2001-2008

Original data from CSR-Automotive.
