By nature, this design does not provide reliable pressure retention after engine shutdown, which can make restarting more difficult.<\/p>\n<p>GFB uses a softer, more flexible but durable material for the valve seat. It reliably seals the system and retains fuel pressure after engine shutdown, providing factory-like sealing and reliable starting. The material is resistant to unleaded petrol, ethanol, methanol and diesel fuel.<\/p>\n<p>The dual diaphragm contains twice as much reinforcing material, giving it a burst strength exceeding 500 psi.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple inlet and gauge ports allow for different fuel system configurations, including parallel fuel rail feed or returnless systems (\u201cdeadhead\u201d).
