It enables the existing Racingline intake system to work correctly with a remotely mounted K04 diverter valve, which releases boost pressure when the throttle is lifted.<\/p>\n<p>When replacing the K03 turbocharger with a K04 on an EA113 engine, the diverter valve is moved to a different location. Without the correct adapter, the Racingline intake system hoses cannot be connected correctly. This adapter provides a clean and secure connection without improvised solutions.<\/p>\n<h4>Adapter function<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Adapts any Racingline intake system kit for an EA113 engine converted to a K04 turbocharger.<\/li>\n<li>Provides the correct connection for the remotely mounted K04 diverter valve.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains a tight, high-quality connection within the intake system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Who the part is for<\/h4>\n<p>The adapter is intended for vehicles with the EA113 platform and a Racingline intake system where the K03 turbocharger has been or will be replaced with a K04 turbocharger. It is used, among others, on the Golf GTI Mk5, Edition 30, Scirocco R, Audi S3 8P and SEAT Leon Cupra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> The adapter is only required when installing a K04 turbocharger in an EA113 engine that already uses a Racingline intake system.
