The Racingline aluminium fuel filler cap is a precisely machined upgrade that replaces the standard factory plastic cap. It is made from a solid 6061 aircraft-grade aluminium forging with 5-axis CNC machining, then hand-polished and anodised in a deep gloss black finish.<\/p>\n
This is the screw-in fastening version<\/strong>, intended for vehicles where the cap screws into the filler neck. If your existing cap screws in and does not attach with a bayonet twist, this is the correct version for your vehicle.<\/p>\n The factory plastic cap does its job, but it is one of the vehicle parts we touch most often. The CNC-machined aluminium cap offers a higher-quality feel every time you refuel, while the built-in pressure relief valve maintains the correct balanced pressure in the fuel tank. It is a refined detail that complements other interior and engine bay upgrades.<\/p>\n The cap is intended for Volkswagen Group vehicles and Porsche models that use a screw-in factory fuel cap.
