Ignition coils deliver high-voltage electrical energy to the spark plugs, where the fuel and air mixture is ignited in the engine. Original coils can weaken over time, causing misfires, rough running and loss of power. Modified engines with higher boost pressure or more aggressive ECU settings demand more from the ignition system than the factory coils were designed to provide.<\/p>\n
Racingline coils provide 10% more output energy<\/strong> compared with original (OE) units.
