CNC-machined flanges allow easy connection to the front-mounted intercooler (FMIC) and turbocharger. The kit is completed by an anodised aluminium connector between the turbocharger and pipe, a 2.25\u2033-diameter coupler and high-quality hose clamps. This is a direct-fit installation designed to improve flow and increase performance.<\/p>\n<h3>Product details<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2.25\u2033-diameter mandrel-bent pipe<\/li>\n<li>CNC-machined turbocharger outlet flange<\/li>\n<li>CNC-machined flange for connection to the front-mounted intercooler<\/li>\n<li>Four-ply silicone connectors with stainless steel hose clamps<\/li>\n<li>Black powder-coated finish<\/li>\n<li>Laser-cut mounting bracket<\/li>\n<li>Designed for vehicles with the factory K03 or IHI turbocharger<\/li>\n<li>Compatible with EA888.1 Gen1 TSI and EA888.3 Gen3 TSI engines, including B-cycle engines<\/li>\n<li>A new sealing ring is not included; use of a new VW seal, part number 3C0145117D, is recommended<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Generation limitations: VW GTI MK6, VW Jetta\/GLI MK6, VW Passat B7, VW Beetle MK2 and Audi A3 8P.
