CTS redesigned and cast its own stainless steel exhaust housing, allowing the use of a larger turbine wheel. The compressor housing is custom-made and adapted for the popular TD06 compressor wheel with a machined compressor, allowing the turbocharger to operate reliably at boost pressure above 30 PSI.<\/p>\n<p>The CHRA is upgraded with a twin ball bearing made from heat-resistant ceramic. The assembly is balanced on a VSR high-speed balancer. For installation, the actuator and turbocharger outlet connection must be transferred.
