CTS Turbo BOSS500 is an upgrade turbo kit for FSI engines with a timing belt. The modular design uses a proprietary CHRA fitted into a dedicated cast and machined CTS Turbo exhaust housing.<\/p>\n

The exhaust housing is compatible with any exhaust downpipe<\/em>, while the scroll area is designed with an approximate 0.63 AR ratio. The kit includes dedicated oil and water lines and allows direct installation without vehicle modifications.<\/p>\n

The turbo is currently compatible with the CTS Turbo intake system. The standard or CTS Turbo diverter valve, or a blow-off valve (BOV), can be used. Both the standard and CTS Turbo turbo outlet pipes are compatible.<\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> a DV blanking plate is required for Golf R Mk6 and Audi S3 8P models. The kit is not suitable for right-hand-drive vehicles.<\/p>\n
