Compared with the factory setup, it provides significantly improved charge-air cooling, thanks to its high-density intercooler core and cast aluminium end tanks.<\/p>\n<p>The kit\u2019s pipes feature a <em>bead roll<\/em> at the ends, reducing the risk of the hoses coming off or leaking at increased boost pressure. The kit includes black powder-coated steel pipes, 4-ply silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps.<\/p>\n<p>The intercooler is suitable for power outputs of up to 450 hp.<\/p>\n<p>A flange for the MAP sensor is included. If the vehicle does not have a MAP sensor, the flange must be blanked off. The secondary air injection pump must be removed or relocated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The silicone couplers must be trimmed for correct fitment.
