The larger cooling surface improves heat dissipation and helps keep the charge air cool and dense, even at increased power levels.<\/p>\n<p>The core measures 297 mm \u00d7 222 mm \u00d7 95 mm, providing a 134% larger external core volume compared with the standard intercooler. The optimised design ensures efficient heat transfer and good internal airflow. The cast aluminium end tanks are CAD-optimised, while the design has been validated using advanced CFD simulations for efficient cooling and low pressure drop.<\/p>\n<p>The intercooler features a high-quality anti-corrosion coating for long-lasting and reliable operation.
