The design is prepared for use with a larger turbocharger and higher boost pressure.<\/p>\n<h3>Rifle-drilled design<\/h3>\n<p>All CTS connecting rods are manufactured as standard with an internal longitudinal oil channel (rifle-drilled).<\/p>\n<h3>Honing<\/h3>\n<p>The big-end and small-end bores are honed using precision equipment, ensuring the required tolerances.<\/p>\n<h3>Quality control<\/h3>\n<p>All connecting rods undergo strict quality control, including measurement of all key dimensions on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
