They are designed for larger turbochargers and higher boost pressures while maintaining reliability.<\/p>\n<h3>Oil feed drilling<\/h3>\n<p>All CTS connecting rods are manufactured as standard with an internal oil passage (rifle drilled).<\/p>\n<h3>Honing<\/h3>\n<p>The big-end and small-end bores of the connecting rods are honed in-house using precision equipment, ensuring accurate tolerances.<\/p>\n<h3>Quality control<\/h3>\n<p>Each connecting rod undergoes a strict quality control process in which all key dimensions are checked on a CMM coordinate measuring machine.
