The CTS Turbo strut brace is a significant upgrade for Q5 and SQ5 models from the B9/B9.5 generation, helping to eliminate imprecise steering response and a detached feel from the front end of the vehicle.

The chassis reinforcement is made from heavy-duty machined T6-6061 aluminium and replaces the inadequate individual factory braces. By limiting lateral deflection at the upper damper mounting points, it helps maintain the correct suspension geometry during intense cornering. The central connecting element links the left and right upper mounts, providing more precise and consistent feedback from the front end of the vehicle.

The product was thoroughly tested on an Audi SQ5 B9 development vehicle before launch. Installation takes only a few minutes, and removal is fully reversible. The strut brace is intended for Audi Q5 and SQ5 vehicles from the B9/B9.5 generation, built between 2018–2024.

Features

Improved handling dynamics

Machined T6-6061 aluminium with a black anodised finish

Improved steering feel

Easy installation

Weight: 9.07 kg

Suitable for: Audi Q5 II (FY), Audi SQ5 II (FY).

Approval

This part has no TÜV certification (ABE, TTG or Teilegutachten).

Compatible vehicles (manufacturer data)

Vehicle

Chassis

Years

Engine

Audi Q5

—

2018–2023

—

Audi SQ5

—

2018–2023

—

Before ordering, check that the product matches your vehicle (model, year and engine).
