CTS Turbo BOSS 650 V3 is a completely redesigned turbocharger upgrade kit for MQB-platform vehicles. At its core is a Gen2 30\/71 CHRA with a dual ball bearing and reverse rotation direction.<\/p>\n

The housing is precisely cast and machined to be compatible with any exhaust downpipe. This enables fast boost response and eliminates potential flow restrictions. The factory wastegate system geometry is retained, simplifying software calibration. The turbocharger outlet measures 2.5\u2033 and is positioned in the factory location, making it compatible with a 2.5\u2033 turbocharger outlet pipe.<\/p>\n

The kit includes an integrated wastegate actuator bracket, along with oil and water lines for factory fitment. It is designed for straightforward installation, tuning and reliable operation.<\/p>\n

The BOSS upgrade is currently compatible with the CTS Turbo intake system. Another suitable aftermarket intake system can also be used, but it may require a different coupler. CTS Turbo and other billet<\/em> diverter\/blow-off valves are compatible, as is the factory DV valve.<\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> a 2.5\u2033 turbocharger outlet pipe is required for installation and is not included in the kit.<\/p>\n
