Compared with competing solutions, it provides noticeably better cooling, while also offering significant cooling advantages over the factory setup.<\/p>\n<p>Improved efficiency is provided by the high-density intercooler core, cast aluminium end tanks and bar-and-plate core design. Every pipe in the kit has a rolled edge, reducing the risk of pipes coming off or leaking under boost pressure. The kit includes pipes made from black powder-coated aluminium, 4-ply silicone couplers and stainless steel T-clamps.<\/p>\n<p>The intercooler is pressure-tested before dispatch. It is rated for up to 450 hp at the crankshaft.
