With the extension harness for the electric wastegate actuator, you can check and adjust the actuator voltage without the turbocharger installed. You can adjust the wastegate voltage on a new turbocharger or actuator on a workbench, before installing it in the vehicle.<\/p>\n

How to use<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Connect the CTS Turbo extension harness to the electrical connector in the vehicle.<\/li>\n
  2. Connect the other end of the extension harness to the turbocharger on the workbench.<\/li>\n
  3. Switch on the ignition, but do not start the engine.<\/li>\n
  4. On the same workbench, run a computer with the VCDS or OBD11 application and, if necessary, calibrate and diagnose the wastegate actuator voltage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
