When the throttle is lifted, it releases charge air into the atmosphere and creates the characteristic \u201cwhoosh\u201d sound most commonly associated with racing cars. The design enables a faster throttle response and greater clamping force, allowing the valve to retain boost pressure more reliably. Available only in a polished finish.<\/p>\n<p>All Forge Motorsport atmospheric twin-piston valves are designed and manufactured to release 100% of the remaining charge air in the forced-induction system into the atmosphere when the throttle is lifted.
