It is designed to capture harmful contaminants, including oil deposits, unburnt fuel vapours and moisture that would otherwise return to the engine\u2019s intake system.<\/p>\n<p>Extensive testing has shown that the oil catch can effectively reduces the build-up of oil deposits and soot, allowing the Audi S4 B9 3.0T engine to breathe more easily and operate more efficiently. It is also suitable for vehicles planned for further engine modifications.<\/p>\n<p>The 0.4 l (400 cm\u00b3) catch can is equipped with a dipstick for checking the level and a convenient drain tap for easy emptying.<\/p>\n<p>The kit\u2019s inner hose is made from smooth, antistatic and fuel-resistant nitrile rubber. The outer covering consists of reinforced stainless steel braiding, with a partial inner braid and a full outer braid. This design prevents expansion caused by pressure and collapse caused by vacuum, and allows operation in a temperature range of \u201354 \u00b0C to +150 \u00b0C (\u201365 \u00b0F to 300 \u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>The kit includes two oil-resistant hoses with stainless steel reinforcement and black outer braiding.
