This upgraded intercooler was developed as an improvement for Mini Countryman Cooper S models. After extensive testing of different intercooler cores, we found that the bar-and-plate design is the most effective solution for these models. Together with a significant increase in the overall dimensions, this improved cooling performance and reduced pressure loss through the intercooler compared with the original.<\/p>\n
Our own road testing and dynamometer measurements showed that our intercooler is twice as efficient as the original, with intake temperatures halved.<\/p>\n
The upgraded intercooler is supplied with all parts required for installation and detailed instructions.<\/p>\n
