The original part numbers are 49377-06351 and Volvo 8627991.<\/p>\n<p>It enables more precise adjustment and control of the required boost pressure, which can improve turbocharger response and boost pressure control. A spring suitable for the factory boost pressure or slightly higher values is fitted as standard. A stronger spring is also available for vehicles with more extensive modifications.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spring selection according to the vehicle and intended use<\/li>\n<li>Made from 6026-grade aluminium<\/li>\n<li>Application-specific design for the vehicle and turbocharger<\/li>\n<li>Option to operate with a piston or diaphragm mechanism on most actuators<\/li>\n<li>Diaphragm made from Nomex-reinforced fluorosilicone<\/li>\n<li>Laser-cut stainless steel brackets where specified<\/li>\n<li>Adjustment and service kits are available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diaphragm-sealed internals are the standard configuration for this actuator. Piston-sealed internals are also available, providing equivalent performance and less maintenance thanks to the durable piston design.<\/p>\n<p>The actuator is fitted as standard with a green-coded spring. To use the FMPACTUN spring adjustment kit, the Diaphragm Type 2, 049 version must be selected.<\/p>\n<p>All actuator rods are made from 303-grade stainless steel.<\/p>\n<p>The stated spring pressures represent the minimum regulated pressures. On older turbocharged engines without regulation via the ECU or a solenoid valve, the colour codes refer to the mechanical part of the operation. On modern engines with regulation via the ECU or a solenoid valve, the mechanical spring specification does not necessarily correspond to the target boost pressure.
