The actuator is designed for the specific vehicle and turbocharger, enabling more precise adjustment and control of boost pressure, which can improve turbocharger response and operating control.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manufactured from 6026-grade aluminium<\/li>\n<li>Yellow-marked spring included<\/li>\n<li>Choice of different spring pressures<\/li>\n<li>Option of diaphragm or piston sealing<\/li>\n<li>Diaphragm made from fluorosilicone-reinforced Nomex material<\/li>\n<li>Piston internals are wear-resistant and require less maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Actuator rod manufactured from 303-grade stainless steel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The actuator is assembled with a pre-set spring suitable for the standard boost pressure or slightly above it. A stronger spring is also available for modified vehicles. On modern engines using ECU or solenoid valve control, the mechanical spring specification does not represent a direct target boost pressure value. When choosing a spring, the specific vehicle, turbocharger and planned level of modification must therefore be taken into account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> the existing threaded adjustment link (turnbuckle) must be used. Installation takes approximately 3 hours.<\/p>\n<p>The yellow-marked spring is fitted as standard. To use the FMPACTUN spring adjustment kit, the <strong>Diaphragm Type 2, 049<\/strong> version must be selected.
