A spring suitable for the factory boost pressure or slightly higher pressure is fitted as standard. A stronger spring is also available for modified vehicles.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choice of different spring pressures according to the vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Manufactured from 6026-grade aluminium<\/li>\n<li>Design adapted to the vehicle and turbocharger<\/li>\n<li>Choice of piston or diaphragm sealing<\/li>\n<li>Fluorosilicone diaphragms reinforced with Nomex material<\/li>\n<li>Laser-cut stainless steel brackets where required<\/li>\n<li>Actuator rod made from 303-grade stainless steel<\/li>\n<li>Made in England<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The standard version uses diaphragm sealing. Piston sealing is also available, providing comparable performance and less maintenance thanks to the durable piston mechanism.<\/p>\n<p>The actuator is fitted with a factory spring as standard. To use the FMPACTUN spring adjustment kit, Diaphragm Type 2, 049 must be selected. The specified spring pressures refer to the mechanical part of the operation and are not directly comparable on engines where boost pressure is controlled by the ECU or a solenoid valve.
