The setup can be adapted to operating requirements by changing the internal springs.<\/p>\n<p>It is suitable for all single APS turbocharger conversions using an actuator with a removable bracket, adjustable connecting rod and a straight 1\u2033 diameter rod. A different actuator is required for APS twin-turbocharger applications.<\/p>\n<p>The actuator is supplied with a spring suitable for boost pressure at or slightly above the APS level. A version with a stiffer spring is also available. It is designed to increase the boost-holding capability of the turbocharger system, but the setup must always be matched to the limitations of the engine management system, whether factory-fitted or upgraded.<\/p>\n<p>Compatibility and the maximum permitted boost pressure depend on the specific turbocharger conversion, engine management system, and the capabilities of the engine and related components. Consult a qualified tuner when selecting the spring and setting up the actuator.<\/p>\n<p>A diaphragm-sealed interior is the standard configuration for this actuator. A piston-sealed interior is also available, providing comparable performance and less maintenance thanks to the more durable piston valve construction.<\/p>\n<h3>The kit includes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00d7 FMPAC350ZS actuator<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00d7 Forge sticker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The actuator is supplied as standard with a spring marked green. To use the FMPACTUN spring adjustment kit, the diaphragm type 2, 049 version must be selected.<\/p>\n<p>All actuator rods are made from 303-grade stainless steel.<\/p>\n<p>The stated spring pressures according to the colour markings apply only to the mechanical part of the system and are directly applicable mainly to older turbocharged engines without control via the ECU or a solenoid valve.
