It enables more precise adjustment and control of the required boost pressure, which can improve turbocharger response and control.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Made from 6026-grade aluminium<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle- and turbocharger-specific design<\/li>\n<li>Green-coded spring fitted as standard<\/li>\n<li>Choice of different pressure springs according to the vehicle and modifications<\/li>\n<li>Fluorosilicone diaphragm reinforced with Nomex fibres<\/li>\n<li>Optional piston sealing instead of diaphragm sealing<\/li>\n<li>Laser-cut stainless steel brackets where required<\/li>\n<li>Actuator rod made from 303-grade stainless steel<\/li>\n<li>Machined and hand-polished in England<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The standard version uses diaphragm sealing. Piston sealing is also available, providing comparable performance and less maintenance due to its more durable internal construction.<\/p>\n<p>The stated spring values represent the minimum regulated pressure. On older turbocharged engines without regulation via the ECU or solenoid, these values relate directly to the mechanical operation of the spring. On modern engines with regulation via the ECU or solenoid, the mechanical spring value is not necessarily equal to the target boost pressure. When choosing a spring, consider the condition of the engine, the software being used and the planned level of modification.<\/p>\n<p>The actuator is equipped as standard with a green-coded spring. For the FMPACTUN adjustable spring kit, select the <strong>Diaphragm Type 2, 049<\/strong> version.
