The anti-roll bar limits body roll and helps improve the vehicle\u2019s handling during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle\u2019s body is subjected to high loads while driving, particularly due to weight transfer. When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This increases body flex and can cause the tyres to lose grip.<\/p>\n<p>Excessive body flex when cornering can cause unwanted handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
