The anti-roll bar limits body roll and helps improve vehicle handling through corners.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle chassis is subjected to high loads during fast driving, heavy braking and acceleration, mainly due to the transfer of the vehicle\u2019s weight.<\/p>\n<p>When driving through corners, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other. This leads to greater twisting and deformation of the chassis, which can cause the tyres to lose grip.<\/p>\n<p>Twisting of the chassis and bodywork through corners can cause unwanted handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.
