The chassis is the part of the vehicle that is subjected to the greatest loads due to the transfer of body weight during fast cornering, heavy braking and acceleration.<\/p>\n<p>When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to forces up to three times greater than the other.
