It attaches at 4 mounting points.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle\u2019s chassis is the part subjected to the greatest loads from the driver\u2019s inputs. This is especially evident when the body mass shifts during fast cornering, hard braking or hard acceleration.<\/p>\n<p>In some cases, the transfer of mass during cornering can cause one side of the vehicle to experience up to 3 times more force than the other side.
