This is particularly evident when the vehicle\u2019s weight is transferred during fast cornering, heavy braking or hard acceleration.<\/p>\n<p>When driving through a corner, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be subjected to a force up to three times greater than the other. This results in significant deformation and twisting of the chassis or body, causing the tyres to lose grip.<\/p>\n<p>Deformation and twisting of the chassis when cornering can cause unwanted handling characteristics, such as understeer and oversteer.<\/p>\n<p>The Ultra Racing kit is designed to provide additional reinforcement for the lower rear section of the chassis.
