When cornering, weight transfer can cause one side of the vehicle to be loaded up to three times more than the other, which can lead to chassis twisting and flexing and consequently reduced tyre grip.<\/p>\n<p>Chassis twisting while driving through corners can affect the vehicle\u2019s handling and cause understeer and oversteer.
