When cornering, the load on one side of the vehicle can be up to 3 times greater than on the other, causing the body to bend and twist and consequently reducing tyre grip.<\/p>\n<p>Chassis flex while driving through corners can cause undesirable handling characteristics such as understeer and oversteer.
