This 3\u2033 (76 mm) \u201cVAG02\u201d Y-Style ECE cat-back exhaust system is designed for front-wheel-drive VAG vehicles on the 1K platform, such as the Golf 5 GTI and Golf 6 GTI.<\/p>\n<p>The silencers are manufactured without chambers, using an absorption design, which delivers a full and distinctive exhaust note. The system is suitable for both standard and performance-enhanced vehicles.<\/p>\n<h3>Technical data<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Silencer casing: polished<\/li>\n<li>Pipe finish: brushed<\/li>\n<li>Pipe diameter: 76 mm \/ 3\u2033<\/li>\n<li>Fitting hardware: all required clamps and adapters for the standard downpipe are included<\/li>\n<li>Material: stainless steel<\/li>\n<li>Recommended exhaust tips for the left\/right version: Type 2. For the Scirocco R rear end, Type 3 exhaust tips are recommended.<\/li>\n<li>Exhaust tips must be selected separately and are not included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Road use:<\/strong> The exhaust system has ECE approval.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The system is not suitable for vehicles with a rigid rear axle. It is intended only for vehicles with a multi-link rear axle.
