In combination with the ECE Bull-X Tronic controller and an EG-approved catalytic converter, the system is approved for use on public roads. All other controllers and\/or catalytic converters are intended for track use only.<\/p>\n<h3>Operation of the ECE version<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sport (Dynamic, Race):<\/strong> the valve is always open while driving within the limits of the ECE regulations, and always closed when stationary.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comfort:<\/strong> the valve remains closed, but opens while driving within the limits of the ECE regulations once the throttle is 75% open.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the vehicle has selectable driving profiles, the system can be controlled through this function. For vehicles without selectable driving profiles, a supplied button is used. Its LED indicates the valve position: the valve is open when the light is off and closed when the light is on.<\/p>\n<h3>Versions without ECE approval<\/h3>\n<p>Versions controlled via a switch, remote control or the <strong>Bull-X Tronic \u201cRace\u201d Can-Bus control unit<\/strong> do not have ECE approval and are intended for track use only. If the vehicle has selectable driving profiles, the valve can also be controlled through this function.
