This combination is intended for use on public roads. Other control and catalytic-converter versions are intended for track use only.<\/p>\n<p>With the ECE-approved version, the Bull-X Tronic control unit allows selection of Comfort or Sport mode. If the vehicle has drive-profile selection, it can be used for control. On vehicles without drive-profile selection, the supplied button is used; its LED indicates the valve status: the light is off when the valve is open and on when it is closed. During driving, the control unit automatically closes the valve in all areas required by the ECE approval, regardless of the selected mode.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sport (Dynamic, Race):<\/strong> within the scope of the ECE approval, the valve is open while driving; when stationary and at speeds of 20\u201380 km\/h, it is always closed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comfort mode:<\/strong> the valve is always closed, but opens during driving within the scope of the ECE approval when the throttle is 75% or more open.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For versions without ECE approval, the valve can be operated using a switch, remote control or Bull-X Tronic \u00bbRace\u00ab CAN-Bus control unit. If the vehicle has drive-profile selection, this can also be used; on vehicles without it, the supplied button is used.
