Then this Bull-X product is an excellent starting upgrade. This downpipe has a diameter of 2.75\u2033\/70 mm and has a significant effect on response and power. It forms the link between the turbocharger exhaust outlet and the exhaust system. Before selecting a version, check that the chosen option has the appropriate EG approval.<\/p>\n<h3>Catalytic converter information<\/h3>\n<p>When selecting a downpipe without a catalytic converter or with a 100- or 200-cell catalytic converter, the ECU may display a fault from the post-catalytic-converter lambda sensor. This does not restrict driving, as the first lambda sensor required for engine management remains in place. The post-catalytic-converter sensor is only used to monitor catalytic converter efficiency. The fault can be removed by adapting the software through a specialist engine calibration provider.<\/p>\n<p>Most vehicles up to Euro 3 emissions standard do not have a post-catalytic-converter lambda sensor, so installation is possible without further adjustment or a fault message.<\/p>\n<p>The Washcoat content of HJS ECE and EOBD catalytic converters is considerably higher. They offer a very high oxygen storage capacity, which can prevent fault messages. For this purpose, the EOBD catalytic converters have been tested up to Euro 4.
