The available catalytic converters provide greater exhaust gas flow and reduced back pressure, resulting in increased power, lower exhaust gas temperatures and reduced load on the turbochargers. They are also ideal for vehicles with increased engine power.<\/p>\n<p>Fitting the downpipes also produces a more pronounced exhaust note. The effect is particularly noticeable when combined with a sports exhaust system or, for example, our mid-silencer replacement pipes for the RS6\/RS7 C8\/4K.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>including integral heat insulation<\/li>\n<li>material: stainless steel<\/li>\n<li>fully TIG welded<\/li>\n<li>clearly enhanced sound, even with the OEM exhaust system<\/li>\n<li>all sensor connections provided<\/li>\n<li>pipe diameter: turbocharger outlet 5\u2033\/121 mm, including catalytic converter, catalytic converter\/OPF dummy or sports catalytic converters depending on the selected option; reducing to 4\u2033\/102 mm and tapering conically to 76 mm shortly before the flange to match the OEM pipes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Software adjustment is required after fitting this downpipe. The temperature sensors and differential pressure sensors must be disabled in the software, and the tolerance values must be adjusted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Road use:<\/strong> Of the available versions, only the HJS Euro6 catalytic converter has EG approval. This version is intended for use on public roads.
