The combination of design, metallurgy and engineering is suited to the demands of high-performance engines.<\/p>\n<p>The rod bearing set uses steel backs to support the bearing lining and assist with retention in the housing. Increased eccentricity helps with the formation of hydrodynamic oil films at high RPM.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties<\/li>\n<li>Hardened steel backs on all rod bearings<\/li>\n<li>Increased crush for improved bearing retention in the housing<\/li>\n<li>Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and increased grip in the housing<\/li>\n<li>Tight, consistent wall tolerances to help maintain consistent clearances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Suitable for:<\/strong> Nissan 350Z I (Z33), Nissan Cima I (F50), Nissan Fuga I (Y51).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Engines:<\/strong> VK45DD, VK45DE, VK56DE, VK56VD, VK50VE.
