• 3M™ Acrylic Plus Tape PT 1100 is a four-layer black double-sided acrylic adhesive tape with very high immediate bonding power that was specifically developed for the automotive sector and is ideally suited for mounting of rigid add-on parts where an aesthetically visible edge is desired. PT 1100 has very good adhesion to a wide range of automotive surfaces, good internal strength, excellent long-term stability, as well as very good adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. Through the unique viscoelastic property of PT 1100, stresses in the adhesive seam are excellently dissipated, so that extremely durable bonds are created.
