ACL Race main bearings with Calico CT-1 coating use a dry film lubricant that reduces friction and abrasive wear. The thin coating accommodates assembly constraints and provides resistance to oil, fuel, chemicals and corrosion.
CT-1 coating improves embedability, allowing debris contaminants to embed in the bearing and helping to avoid damage to the crankshaft. It also provides protection during intermittent oil starvation and is engineered for the demanding conditions of high-performance engines.

Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
