ACL Race main bearings for BMW N63 / S63

ACL Race main bearings are trimetal engine bearings designed for demanding operating conditions and higher engine RPM. Their combination of design, metallurgy and engineering supports reliable operation in high-performance engines.

The construction uses steel backs, increased crush for improved bearing retention and geometry that assists in forming hydrodynamic oil films. The set includes ACL Race Series main bearings.

• Flash plating removed from the back for improved heat transfer and grip
• Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
