ACL Race Series tri-metal main bearings are developed for high-RPM conditions and demanding engine operation. Their combination of design, metallurgy and engineering improves resistance to material fatigue.
The bearings feature increased crush for improved retention in the housing, increased eccentricity to assist hydrodynamic oil film formation, and tight, consistent wall tolerances for consistent clearances.
- High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness
- Flash plating eliminated from the back for improved heat transfer and grip in the housing
- 3/4 groove to optimize bearing load-carrying surface area and oil flow
- Enlarged ID chamfers for large fillet radii on performance crankshafts
- Tight, consistent wall tolerances

Engines: 4G63, 4G64, 4G69 (4G64, 4G63, 4G63-T, 4G69). Please check your vehicle’s engine code (registration document or VIN) before ordering; if in doubt, contact us and we will check for you.
Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
