ACL Race Series trimetal rod bearings are designed for operation at higher RPM conditions. Their combination of design, metallurgy and engineering delivers a high-strength bearing overlay.
The rod bearings feature hardened steel backs, increased crush for improved retention in the housing and increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM. The set includes 0.025 mm extra clearance.

Sizes
STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
