ACL Race rod bearings are trimetal engine bearings designed for demanding operating conditions and higher RPM. The set provides improved support for the bearing lining, secure retention in the housing and stable hydrodynamic oil film formation.

The construction combines a high-strength overlay plate, hardened steel backs and consistent wall tolerances for dependable operation in high-performance engines.

• Increased crush for improved bearing retention
• Elimination of flash plating on the back for improved heat transfer and maximum grip in the housing

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
