ACL Race rod bearings for Saab B207

ACL Race Series rod bearings are trimetal engine bearings designed for higher RPM conditions. Their combination of design, metallurgy and engineering supports demanding engine operation.

The set includes ACL Race Series rod bearings. Standard and oversize measurement options are available according to the selected variation.

• High-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties
• Hardened steel backs for improved support of the bearing lining and bearing retention in the housing
• Increased crush for improved bearing retention
• Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPM
• Tight, consistent wall tolerances for consistent clearances

Sizes

STD is the standard size for an unground crankshaft. Undersizes (−0.25 mm, −0.50 mm …) are for a reground crank, and “+0.025 mm clearance” (X) is for highly stressed engines. Your machine shop chooses the size after measuring.
